" People don't join a company, they buy into it... If you create an environment that is friendly to your number one customers, your employees, it will make them want to come to work. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of your customers."

~Frederic J. Holzberger

Fredric’s Corporation is an environmental, socially conscious Corporation striving to make a difference that is visible and tangible. A working eco-system is in place that has business and nature collaborating to bring a more environmentally friendly atmosphere to assist associates, customers and vendors to grow in a healthy and happy manner together.   Submitting to a self environmental audit of his businesses, Frederic Holzberger walks his talk and lives as an environmentalist. He demonstrates his actions in his home life and work life. From basic recycling to advanced research for environmentally sustainable building materials, hybrid automobiles, an organic Greenhouse and pioneering the widespread use of environmentally friendly packaging materials, to waterless printing, it is obvious what is important to Frederic and the family of associates that work with him.
